Litcessory Extension Cable for Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus

The Litcessory Extension Cable for the Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus is perfect for extending the distance between lightstrips. It is also great for spacing out the distance between the Philips Hue Controller and the Starter Lightstrip when used in conjunction with our Controller to 6-Pin Adapter (hardwired or detached).

With the Litcessory Extension Cable, setup is a breeze. Before doing anything, always remember to unplug your lightstrip!

To extend the distance between two lightstrips, simply plug the male end of the extension cable into the female end of the first lightstrip.

Then, plug the male end of the Philips Hue Extension Lightstrip into the female end of the Litcessory Extension Cable.

Plug in the power and test your lightstrips to ensure you have the correct polarity (don’t worry, this is much simpler than it sounds!). If both lightstrips light up, then you are good to go! If the first lightstrip lights up, but the second lightstrip does not light up at all, then you have Reverse Polarity. This is a simple fix. All you need to do is unplug one end of the extension cable, flip over the connector, and plug the extension cable end back into the lightstrip. Watch our Troubleshooting video below to see how easy it is to fix this.
