How to return, exchange, or request a refund?

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning, exchanging, or requesting a refund on a product you purchased from Litcessory:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the product(s) to return, exchange, or request a refund.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Litcessory products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective policies.
  • Returns with valid proof of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or exchanged upon request (subject to product availability).
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Items returned must be in their original, undamaged, and unaltered condition. Ensure that the items you are returning are packaged with all the original contents that were included when you received it. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund. All returns are subject to verification and approval.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Litcessory.
  • Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Litcessory, in its sole discretion, to be defective or in the event that the return is the result of an error by Litcessory.
