Where do you ship?
Orders placed on litcessory.com ship to addresses within the United States only.
If you are outside the US, you can buy the same Litcessory products through your regional Amazon site.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $75. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the US. The $75 threshold applies to the value of the items, before shipping charges are added. If your order is under $75, you will be charged a flat fee of $6.95.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
For standard shipping, orders delivered within the contiguous United States have a delivery time of 3-5 business days, with a shipping and tracking time of 2 business days. Other orders will take 5-10 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.
If your tracking has not been updated after 2 business days, or shows as delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will investigate with the carrier.
Do you ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes as well as APO, FPO, DPO, or other military addresses. Customers using military addresses are encouraged to provide a non-military residential or commercial delivery address whenever possible.
What about customs, duties, and import taxes?
Because litcessory.com ships within the US only, no customs charges apply to website orders.
What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us page and we will make it right. See our Return Policy and Warranty for full details.
Orders placed through Amazon are fulfilled by Amazon, and Amazon handles delivery issues, returns, and refunds for those orders. Please contact Amazon directly for anything related to an Amazon order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to update it. Once an order has left our warehouse, the address cannot be changed.
